As an Operations Associate at In-House Health, you will play a crucial role in deploying our innovative scheduling & management platform to healthcare networks and hospitals across the country.

About you
- You have 2-4 years of experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startups)
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- You are comfortable doing analytics and presenting material in Excel and PowerPoint
- As a “plus”, you may have familiar with hospital strategy, finance and operations
- You are confident in written & verbal communications with external stakeholders and clients
Responsibilities
- Develop roadmaps and lead implementations of In-House’s scheduling & management platform at hospitals
- Train users on the platform and guide them to effectively incorporate the platform into their regular work
- Track KPIs and present progress in written and oral communications for external audiences
- Collaborate with our clinical and product teams to incorporate feedback and improve our platform
