About the role
Exciting opportunity as an early Product Manager hire at an early-stage digital health company. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own core product initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities to ensuring high accountability execution and delivery. This is a hands-on role focused on shortening cycles, driving clarity, and making things happen.

About You
- Extreme ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks
- High raw intelligence and judgment; experience matters less than capability
- Comfortable making decisions independently and moving forward in ambiguity
- Technically fluent: can query the DB, run independent analysis (e.g., signup funnel), and occasionally fix small issues to unblock progress
- Execution-driven — you ensure things actually happen, working hands on with Engineers in tight cycles to drive context and understanding
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management at a tech company. Healthcare experience a plus, not a must
Responsibilities
- Identify and eliminate “paper cuts” using data (user interaction tracking, support tickets, funnel analysis)
- Write and ship core Product Requirements Documents
- Own integrations and cross-system workflows end-to-end
- Maintain decision logs and drive follow-through
- Shorten product cycles by independently resolving small blockers and making clear decisions
