Own enterprise sales end-to-end

About the role

We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Account Executive to drive growth by partnering with healthcare facilities to understand their operational challenges and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, staffing, and patient outcomes. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging decision-makers to crafting tailored proposals and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify healthcare facilities that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Build relationships with executives, department heads, and operational leaders to understand staffing, workflow, and patient care challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI specific to healthcare operations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption within client facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales - sales within healthcare is a plus, but not a must
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Comfort (expertise not needed) working in business tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Able to put together customizations in PPT to communicate specifics of a deal structure or customer situation.

Additional Information

Healthcare sales is often most effective with some face-to-face work, so comfort with 50% travel is a requirement for this role. We are hybrid, with offices in Cherry Creek, Denver, and we look for teammates who are excited to collaborate in-person when feasible and they're not on the road traveling to client sites.

This role will include a base as well as commission-based compensation, equity, and full healthcare benefits (including vision and dental).
